Very disappointed that a 3 star hotel in downtown Toronto does not have an indoor pool or a game room or other activities for children. The room was located by the side entrance, which was noisy at night and provided no view. ...read more

The guest room was bright and contemporary. It had some nice features such as a gas fireplace, large in-the-wall TV screen, refrigerator, and a comfy bed. The bathroom was large, and actually had a good shower. The staff was polite, and helpful when needed. ...read more

The general location was great for us. The appearance was upscale. Room felt clean until I walked into the bathroom the marble around the sink looked dull and dirty with old toothpaste smear on it. The drinking glasses looked dirty as if someone tried to use a cloth to clean it and it was smeared all round the glass, plastic would have been better. ...read more
